Norse Catering is seeking a Mobile Catering Assistant to cover Norwich and surrounding areas. The role is part-time and permanent, 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, term-time only. A driving licence and vehicle are required to access schools across the region.
You’ll help with lunch prep and service, uphold high hygiene standards, and support a welcoming, engaging dining experience for young people and staff. Training and DBS checks are provided and encouraged.

As we continue to deliver our key frontline services across the region, we are looking to recruit a Mobile Catering Assistant to work across Norwich. This position is being offered on a permanent, part time basis, working Monday to Friday, 10am and 2pm Term-Time only.
You will become an integral part of the school team, supporting with the preparation and serving of lunches for young people and school staff, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for all.
Upholding our high level of hygiene and cleanliness is vital which includes setting up service areas from the kitchen or dining areas, so they are ready to enjoy mealtimes and tidying away once service is completed.

However, we have worked hard to create an extensive induction and excellent training programmes that means if you enjoy home cooking and baking and have a passion for good food, we can help you learn to adapt to a commercial catering environment!
