Responsibilities

• Assist the Catering Manager with preparing and presenting food to required standards.
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures are followed and paperwork completed.
• Support in maintaining the company’s reputation for high service levels.
• Assist with daily location operations including inventory and budgets.
