Job summary

Times24 UK is hiring a Car Park Attendant in the Bournemouth area. This full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, 9am–5pm. You will support multiple sites, traveling between them to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities include customer engagement, traffic control, regular patrols, and grounds maintenance. Training is provided for painting and landscaping tasks, with a focus on outdoor duties and mobility across locations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are valued.
• Full Manual UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Willingness to travel between sites during shifts and to work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide top-notch service.
• Regulate vehicle entry and exit at the car park.
• Perform regular foot patrols to ensure safety and security.
• Maintain grounds: cleaning, painting, weeding as needed (training provided).
• Paint walls, stairwells and bay lines (training provided).
• Outdoor work across sites, basic landscaping tasks (training provided).

This is aFulltime role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working Sunday to Thursday 9am-5pm.

What You'll Be Doing:

This role is based within theBournemouth area and includes a mobile element. You’ll be required to travel to other nearby sites during your shift to provide operational support, ensuring consistent service delivery across the area. This makes it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple locations.

• Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.

• Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.

• Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.

• Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.

• Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).

• Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

What We're Looking For

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following will be beneficial:

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers

• Basic computer skills to operate site equipment

• A basic knowledge of smartphones is essential for this role to ensure communication accross internal channels

• Full Manual UK Driving Licence (essential)

• A flexible approach and willingness to travel between sites during shifts

• Ability to work independently across multiple locations
