This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) involves traveling between nearby sites to provide operational support and ensure consistent service across the area.\n\nYou'll engage with customers, regulate vehicle entry and exit, perform regular patrols and basic grounds maintenance.

Training is provided for painting and landscaping tasks, and a Full Manual UK Driving Licence is essential.\n\nThe job offers

Responsibilities

This is a Full time role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 5 days per week including weekends due to the nature of the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

This role is based within the Kingston area and includes a mobile element. You’ll be required to travel to other nearby sites during your shift to provide operational support, ensuring consistent service delivery across the area. This makes it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
• Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
• Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
• Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
• Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
• Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

What We're Looking For
