Job summary
Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital team, covering Cambridge and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. The role involves preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, and improving energy efficiency across a diverse portfolio of schools, hospitals and offices.
You will carry out maintenance checks, respond to breakdowns, and collaborate on cost estimates for enhancements, while benefiting from on-call allowances and ongoing training opportunities within EQUANS'
Qualifications
- City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
- Knowledge & experience of Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara.
- Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
- Full UK Driving License and BPSS vetting.
Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components across multiple sites.
- Respond to breakdowns and participate in a reactive call-out rota with associated benefits.
- Work with colleagues to document reports and build cost estimates for system enhancements.
