Job summary

EQUANS UK & Ireland is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to service a diverse portfolio across Liverpool and surrounding areas. You will manage preventative maintenance and reactive calls on building management systems, contributing to energy efficiency and performance improvements.

The role offers career development into management, project estimating and business development within a growing Digital division. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS is required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in commercial environments is essential.
• Full UK driving license and BPSS vetting are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on BMS systems across various sites.
• Respond to reactive calls; participate in on-call rota with financial benefits.
• Assist in continuous improvement by producing reports and cost estimates for system upgrades.
