Job summary

Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering Milton Keynes and the surrounding area on a full-time basis. You will manage maintenance and reactive tasks across diverse sites including schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings.

You will work on BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara, and contribute to energy efficiency improvements through thorough reporting and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician
• Knowledge of at least one BMS platform (Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens, Niagara)
• HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge in a commercial environment
• Full UK Driving Licence
• BPSS vetting

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on BMS systems across sites (schools, hospitals, offices, government buildings)
• Respond to reactive calls and participate in on-call rota with additional financial benefits
• Prepare clear cost estimates and reports for system enhancements and energy efficiency improvements
