Job summary

Equans Group is seeking a Mobile BMS Service Engineer to cover Middlesbrough and surrounding areas on a full-time basis within our Digital business. You will manage maintenance and reactive tasks across schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings, driving energy efficiency through smart controls.

You will work with a team of engineers, providing clear reports, cost estimates, and improvements while enjoying on-call benefits and career development opportunities in a growing company.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Experience with BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara.
• Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving License.
• BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance across diverse sites (schools, hospitals, offices, business parks, government buildings).
• Respond to breakdowns, participate in reactive call-out rota with on-call benefits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to recommend improvements and provide clear cost estimates and quotes for system enhancements.
