Job summary

Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Cambridge and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will carry out preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns as part of a reactive rota with on-call benefits.

The role requires a qualified Electrician with knowledge of BMS brands such as Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens and Niagara, plus HVAC/mechanical experience in commercial settings and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Electrician.
• Experience with BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens, Niagara.
• HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge in a commercial setting.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on BMS systems across sites.
• Respond to breakdowns via reactive call-outs with on-call benefits.
• Prepare reports and cost estimates for system enhancements.
