Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital division, covering Nottingham and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance across schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings, delivering energy-efficient BMS performance and reliable operation.

Key duties include preventative maintenance, reactive calls with on-call benefits, and contributing to continuous improvement through clear reporting, cost estimates, and system

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Knowledge of at least one of Trend/Tridium/Distech/Siemens/Niagara.
• Full UK Driving License.
• BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: carrying out scheduled checks on BMS systems.
• Reactive Calls: respond to breakdowns and participate in on-call rota.
• Continuous Improvement: provide reports and cost estimates for system enhancements.
