EQUANS is seeking a Mobile BMS Service Engineer to cover Liverpool and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance across schools, offices, and public buildings, with on-call duties and potential additional financial benefits.

The role offers career growth into management, estimating and business development, and includes a range of employee benefits and a strong 5-year growth plan.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara.
• HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence and BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems.
• Reactive calls and on-call rota with related benefits.
• Continuous improvement: prepare reports and cost estimates for system enhancements.
