Job summary

Haier lnc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in Wakefield and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues to restore operation. A valid driving licence is required, with on‑the‑job City and Guilds training provided.

You will manage your day, update customers, and keep van stock topped up while delivering excellent service. Salary starts at £35,124 and can rise to £39,807 based on experience; a bonus up to £2,500 per year and pension/discount perks are

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer is ideal, but strong motivation and customer service skills are essential.
• City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support are provided to get you ready for brilliant service.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes in Wakefield and surrounding areas.
• Diagnose and repair appliance issues to get units back up and running.
• Manage daily route and time, updating customers and colleagues on progress.
• Monitor stock levels in the van and restock as needed.
• Upsell products where appropriate and benefit from bonus incentives.
