Job summary

Haier Europe in Reading is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes across Reading, Bracknell and surrounding areas, diagnose and repair appliance issues to get them running again.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as White Goods Engineer is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Self-motivation and strong technical ability are important.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Reading, Bracknell and surrounding areas to diagnose and repair appliance issues.
• Manage your time and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Maintain stock levels in your van day by day.
• Adhere to safety requirements and electrical testing protocols when servicing appliances.
