Job summary

Haier lnc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes across Reading, Bracknell and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues to restore operation. The role offers autonomy, strong customer interaction and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage time efficiently, keep customers and colleagues updated, and maintain van stock daily. A driving licence is essential, with in-house training provided to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer preferred.
• In-house City and Guilds-assured training provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Reading, Bracknell and surrounding areas.
• Diagnose and repair appliance issues to get them up and running.
• Manage your time and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Keep van stock levels organised and up-to-date daily.
