Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd. is assisting a leading facilities management contractor to recruit a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer. The role focuses on delivering planned and reactive maintenance for commercial air conditioning systems across customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have a background in FM maintenance, a current UK driving licence, and be willing to participate in an on-call rota. Relevant FGAS/Ods qualifications and a time-served apprenticeship or NVQ in Air Conditioning are

• Relevant qualifications in air conditioning (FGAS, ODS) or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Service, maintain and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including logs, inspection reports and remedial works.
• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks across a range of air conditioning equipment and manufacturer plant.
• Work safely and professionally across customer sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Service, maintain and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including logs, inspection reports and remedial works.
• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks across a range of air conditioning equipment and manufacturer plant.
• Work safely and professionally across customer sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Support work on specific refrigeration equipment where required, including chilled cabinets, multidecks and ice machines.

To be successful for this Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, role you must have:

• A background within a maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Full, current UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• Relevant qualifications such as FGAS & ODS Regulations, a time-served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3, or an NVQ or equivalent in Air Conditioning
