Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd seeks a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service and maintain a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential sites across London and surrounding areas. Salary £50,000-£55,000, plus van and fuel card, flexible hours, overtime, 25 days leave, pension and training.

The role requires Level 2/3 NVQ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, F-Gas certification, and a full UK driving licence, with experience across various AC systems on mobile assignments.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) certification.
• Experience servicing and repairing various AC units in commercial sites.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance for commercial HVAC equipment.
• Carry out A/C works including minor projects and refurbishments.
• Fault find and rectify defects in A/C units and associated plant.
• Work with single/multi-splits, VRVs/VRFs, DX units and related systems.
• Replace compressors, condensers, re-gas, braze and solder as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors when required.
• Maintain and update all statutory documentation.

As a Mobile A/C Engineer they will be responsible for a portfolio of sites covering commercial, high-end residential and retail. We are looking for an all round experienced service and maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer to work on a mobile basis working on a range of Air Conditioning / HVAC systems.

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Duties

• To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment
• Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment
• Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components
• Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units etc
• Replacing compressors, condensers, re-gassing, brazing, soldering etc
• Dealing with subcontractors where necessary
• Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Requirements
