Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Mobile AC Engineer to cover the Surrey area on a data centre contract. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across a range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, with a focus on reliable service and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £44,000 plus a comprehensive package including a van, fuel card, tablet and phone, plus 25 days holiday and uniform.

Qualifications

• AC qualification City & Guilds Level 2 is required.
• F-Gas qualification (Essential).
• Electrical knowledge (Preferred).
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHU, FCU, Chillers and all HVAC/refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests.
• Compressor changes.
• Braising.
• Electrical knowledge would be beneficial.

Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Surrey Area – Van Mobile – up to £44,000 + Package

Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to break into a data centre contract? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Up to £44,000
• Van & Fuel Card
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform

• Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• Overtime available
