Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an air conditioning engineer to provide planned and reactive maintenance across a data centre contract. The role covers service on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs and chillers, with emphasis on reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate will have City & Guilds Level 2 in AC and may have electrical knowledge. The package includes a van, fuel card, tablet, work phone and uniform, with 25 days holiday and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• AC qualified and trade certificates must be provided.
• Electrical knowledge is preferred for maintenance tasks.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRF, AHU, FCU and chillers.
• Carry out pressure leak tests and compressor changes.
• Electrical knowledge would be beneficial for fault finding.
• Travel to client sites; van, fuel card and uniform provided.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Up to £44,000

Requirements
