Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mobile AC Engineer to service and maintain commercial HVAC systems across the Surrey area. This van-based role requires hands-on experience with split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, and chillers, and offers a competitive package.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with overtime available. Benefits include a company van, fuel card, tablet, work phone, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 and F-Gas qualifications are essential.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance and multi-skilled trades.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration service/maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, and chillers.
• Pressure leak tests and compressor changes.
• Braising and electrical knowledge beneficial.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Up to £44,000
