Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Mobile AC Engineer to service and maintain data centre cooling systems in the Surrey area. You will work on split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, FCUs and chillers, ensuring reliable operation and compliance.

The role runs Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 with up to £44,000 salary, van and fuel card, tablet and work phone, plus full uniform. Travel paid after 30 minutes each way; overtime available.

Qualifications

• AC qualification at City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent.
• F-Gas qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance is expected.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers and related HVAC plant.
• Carrying out pressure leak tests and compressor changes.
• Braising and electrical work where required; extensive building services knowledge.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Up to £44,000
