MBDA invites talented graduates to join the Integration & Missile Validation Engineer Graduate Programme 2027 in Stevenage, UK. The role combines hands-on lab work, ground and flight trials, and data analysis to verify missile systems across development stages.

Successful candidates will engage in design, test planning, and reporting, with an annual salary of £31,900 plus a £3,000 joining bonus, and a company bonus up to £2,500.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematical Sciences, Technology, Computing or General Science with at least a 2:2.
• Willingness to work on site 4-5 days a week.
• Interest in missile systems and verification/testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test strategies for missile system proofs.
• Lead and participate in ground and flight trial activities.
• Analyze data and report findings from tests.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and procedures.
