Job summary

WSP is looking for a Senior Engineering Delivery Lead to shape and drive end-to-end engineering across feasibility, FEED and execution for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects in the UK & Ireland. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage design governance, and champions safety-in-design and digital engineering practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration across locations, advancing design reviews, and ensuring alignment with cost, schedule and technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale industrial/mining/process projects across feasibility, FEED and execution.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams in EPCM environments.
• Strong background in engineering management, design coordination and project setup.
• Experience in safety-in-design, technical assurance and governance frameworks.
• Familiar with tunnelling methods and geotechnical software.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for feasibility through execution.
• Lead safety-in-design and manage design risk reviews.
• Establish engineering management plans and design criteria.
• Track performance using earned value and issue management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across locations.
• Deploy digital engineering and BIM to support constructability.
• Plan and lead multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Coordinate with interfaces across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Drive value improvement and capture lessons learned.
