Job summary

WSP in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced engineering delivery lead to drive feasibility, FEED and execution across large industrial projects. You will ensure safety, compliance and value, coordinating across disciplines and locations.

You will set scope, deliverables and resource plans, manage engineering performance, and lead design reviews. A strong background in geotechnical and BIM, along with exceptional communication, is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale industrial/mining/process projects across feasibility, FEED and execution.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams in EPCM or integrated delivery environments.
• Strong grasp of engineering management, design coordination and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end engineering performance (scope, cost, schedule, quality).
• Set up and manage engineering for projects from feasibility through execution.
• Define engineering scope, deliverables, EWPs and resource plans.
• Lead design reviews, design change control and technical decision workflows.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement and construction.
