Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a senior Engineering Delivery Lead to steer feasibility, FEED and execution across large industrial projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive safety-in-design, and align engineering deliverables with cost and schedule targets.

This role requires a strong background in geotechnical design and digital engineering, with international project experience and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale industrial/mining/processing projects across feasibility, FEED and execution.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams in EPCM or integrated owner/contractor environments.
• Strong background in engineering management, design coordination and project setup.
• Experience in safety-in-design, technical assurance and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive engineering delivery across feasibility, FEED and execution phases, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient design aligned to cost, schedule and technical outcomes.
• Lead safety-in-design and risk reviews; drive design governance, QA and stage-gate processes.
• Manage interfaces across engineering, procurement and construction and coordinate field collaboration.
• Track performance using earned value, manage risks, and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Coach and develop capability across locations and multidisciplinary teams.
