Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a senior engineer to own and drive engineering delivery across feasibility, FEED and execution for large-scale industrial/mining projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across locations, manage design coordination, safety-in-design, and digital engineering using BIM tools.

The role requires strong governance, cost control, and the ability to travel within the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Extensive geotechnical design experience for tunnels and underground structures.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in EPCM environments.
• Experience with safety-in-design and governance frameworks.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive engineering delivery across feasibility, FEED and execution.
• Lead design reviews, model federation and 3D/4D design reviews.
• Manage interfaces across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Drive value improvement initiatives and lessons learned.
