Job summary

WSP is seeking a senior civil/geotechnical engineering leader to own and drive delivery across feasibility, FEED and execution while ensuring safety, compliance and design quality. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across locations, manage EWPs and resource plans, and oversee design coordination and governance.

The role emphasises digital engineering, BIM practices, model reviews and risk management to keep projects on cost and schedule.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale industrial / mining / process projects across feasibility, FEED and execution.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams in EPCM, integrated owner or contractor environments.
• Strong background in engineering management, design coordination and project set-up.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive engineering delivery across feasibility, FEED and execution phases.
• Lead safety-in-design and inherently safer design (ISD) principles.
• Establish and apply engineering management plans, basis of design and design criteria.
• Plan and lead multidisciplinary design reviews and model reviews.
• Coordinate with field teams and contractors to ensure buildable solutions.
