Keplar Group is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to drive HVAC sales across the Midlands, focusing on MEP and mechanical contractors. The role entails managing a portfolio, identifying opportunities, and closing projects from enquiry to order.

You will build relationships with contractors, distributors and project stakeholders, while achieving sales targets and developing new business within the Midlands market.

Formación

• Proven technical sales experience within HVAC, building services or related market.
• Strong relationships with MEP, mechanical or building services contractors.
• Experience achieving sales targets across a defined territory.
• Proven new business and account development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with MEP and mechanical contractors across the Midlands.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Identify new projects and develop opportunities from enquiry through to order.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Work with customers to understand project requirements and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Develop new business while increasing sales across existing accounts.
• Build relationships with distributors, consultants and project stakeholders as required.
• Use solution and value-based selling to demonstrate benefits.
• Manage territory sales targets, forecasts and pipeline.
• Maintain CRM records and project information.
• Monitor market activity and competitors for opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal technical, sales and customer support teams.
