Job summary

Smart Search Technical Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to develop and manage opportunities across the Midlands. You will build strong customer relationships and drive projects from enquiry to completion.

You should be familiar with HVAC systems and comfortable coordinating engineers, subcontractors and materials, while keeping costs, quality and timescales on track. The role is based in the Midlands with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC sales or project management.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems.
• Strong communication, organisation and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage HVAC sales opportunities across the region
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage HVAC projects from initial enquiry through to completion
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, materials and other resources
• Prepare quotations and support customers with technical requirements
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality and timescales
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout projects
