Job summary

WR Engineering is seeking a technically minded HVAC sales professional to own the Midlands, South West and Wales regional accounts, growing bookings and delivering tailored HVAC solutions.

You will develop relationships with mechanical contractors, distributors and design engineers, present proposals and work with the team on campaigns; driving regional growth with a strong technical understanding.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification or significant HVAC sales experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and systems.
• Experience with value-based or solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and work towards regional bookings and shipment targets.
• Grow the customer base through relationships with distributors, design engineers and mechanical contractors.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and customer presentations that communicate the value of tailored solutions.
• Work with colleagues on sales strategies and forecasts, and support sales and marketing campaigns.
