LJ Recruitment seeks a proactive Business Development Manager in the Midlands region to drive new packaging business and manage a growing customer portfolio. The role combines field and hybrid working, with travel across the UK and a base near Wolverhampton.

You will target manufacturers, brand owners and key customers, delivering value-led packaging solutions and building strategic relationships to maximise revenue and profitability.

Qualificações

• Minimum proven experience in B2B sales within the packaging sector.
• Track record of generating new business and growing existing accounts.
• Experience selling flexible packaging, pouches, labels or related solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel UK and hold a full UK driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target and win new business opportunities in the packaging market.
• Develop and grow relationships with manufacturers, brand owners and decision-makers.
• Manage and expand existing accounts to maximise revenue.
• Sell value-added packaging solutions tailored to requirements.
