Qualifications

Proven broker-facing or account management experience in insurance.
Strong knowledge of the UK insurance market, with High Net Worth exposure advantageous.
Track record of delivering growth and building broker relationships.
Ability to manage a regional patch independently.
Self-starter with drive to grow a book of business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead High Net Worth broker relationships across the Midlands to drive growth and profitability.
Identify opportunities to improve Hiscox’s proposition and profitability.
Maintain a high-quality pipeline and deliver against revenue targets.
Coordinate with Regional Management and other teams to allocate resources effectively.
Drive adoption of digital trading across your broker panel.
Provide external insight to inform business decisions in the High Net Worth market.
Work with internal peers to build mutually successful partnerships.
