The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership experience, a strong commercial acumen, and a track record of improving sales, profit, and margin while maintaining excellent product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Halesowen Branch to meet sales and service targets.
• Drive sales and customer service excellence across the team.
• Implement and refine the sales strategy and product knowledge across the branch.
• Oversee branch operations, stock management, and H&S compliance.
• Foster a culture of pride, care, and collaboration within a multi-site environment.
