Qualifications

• Significant underwriting and analytical experience.
• ACII qualification or progression towards it.
• Strong decision-making in complex scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver underwriting components of New Schemes and existing projects with financial/exposure assessment.
• Act as a senior referral point for complex case underwriting.
• Develop profitable growth plans with Schemes Leadership Team.
• Stay updated on risks in chosen sectors to maintain market position.
• Collaborate with sector lead to develop products and opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
