Job summary

Afin group is seeking a proactive HNW Relationship Manager to originate bespoke mortgage business and build a network of specialist brokers across the UK. The role involves designing and launching HNW products andsales strategies within an agile growth environment.

The position is predominantly field-based with regular visits to our London or Birmingham offices and requires national travel for broker meetings. Excellent relationship management and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in HNW mortgages and/or complex real estate lending.
• Established network of introducers and brokers across the UK.
• Detailed knowledge of HNW lending products and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML/PEP for HNW clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Originate new HNW, Affluent and complex mortgage business.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with UK brokers and introducers.
• Manage full deal lifecycle from enquiry to completion; structure funding solutions.
• Navigate FCA MCOB rules for HNW exemptions and complex affordability.
• Coordinate with underwriting and lending operations for a smooth customer journey.
