Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within contract catering, hospitality, facilities management, or related service sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience of managing tenders and complex sales processes.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across the Midlands region.
• Build relationships with decision-makers within corporate, education, and events sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closure.
• Lead tender submissions, presentations, and site visits.
• Develop strategic account plans and targeted business development campaigns.
• Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to create innovative client proposals.
• Maintain an active pipeline and deliver against revenue and growth targets.
• Represent the business at industry events and client meetings.
