Collins King & Associates is recruiting an experienced Account Manager to take overall responsibility for a large and complex B&I catering operation within a prestigious central London head office.

The role offers operational accountability, leads a substantial team, and focuses on high food quality, service delivery, people management and client satisfaction. You will work with client and internal stakeholders to drive improvement and exceed expectations.

• Proven ability to lead large teams in a complex catering operation.

• Solid financial awareness and cost control experience.
• Experience in hospitality, events and staff dining.
