Job summary

Adecco Pontoon is seeking a Middleware Production Support Analyst to join the Application Management team in London, working on critical middleware platforms that integrate Front Office and Back Office systems. The role is a 9-month contract with two days per week onsite and a daily rate of £600–£650 inside IR35.

Responsibilities include production support, incident resolution, monitoring, change deployment, and ensuring smooth project transitions into production.

Qualifications

• Production support experience in Investments/Financial Services.
• Strong middleware and system integration knowledge.
• Experience with release management and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for middleware platforms, risk applications, ETL processes, and batch services.
• Monitor, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and integration issues.
• Manage production incidents, service requests, and escalations in line with support processes.
• Coordinate and support application releases, deployments, and change management activities.
• Work closely with Development, Change, and Business teams to ensure successful project transitions into production.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, global support teams, and external vendors to maintain service stability.
• Participate in an on-call support rota and provide occasional out-of-hours support.
