Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English for carrier and team communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Reliable team player who contributes to shift morale.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and operational systems.
• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, transport, or warehousing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily middle-mile transportation tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure parcels are collected, documented, and handed over correctly.
• Escalate operational issues with clear updates to Supervisors.
• Be the first point of contact for on-the-road issues with drivers.
• Coordinate with third-party warehouses to ensure bidirectional information flow.
• Maintain accurate system updates and data integrity for movements.
• Support peak periods by working extended hours or different shifts.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and carrier performance standards.
