Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant (Mid-Market) for the UKI region. You will build pipeline, own opportunities end-to-end, and design workflow solutions with customers, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business value.

You'll work from Dublin with anchor days in the office, collaborating with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and product specialists to accelerate adoption, expansion, and renewal while ensuring customer success at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating pipeline and meeting quota in B2B software.
• Ability to demonstrate technical fluency and product/solution demos.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or productivity software is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder engagements.
