Job summary

Workiva UK Limited is seeking a Solution Consultant to support its Partner Solution Consulting team across EMEA. You will help partners understand, position and demonstrate Workiva as a governed data and AI platform, connecting capabilities to client needs in Sustainability, Financial Reporting and GRC.

You will collaborate with alliance directors and sales to identify opportunities, develop compelling demonstrations, and enable partner teams through reusable resources and training materials,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or partner enablement.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear solution recommendations and demonstrations.
• Ability to deliver value-based presentations to business and technical audiences; software demonstrations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Alliance Directors and sales teams to support partner account plans and advance partner-sourced and co-sell pipeline.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution demonstrations that build partner belief in Workiva’s data and AI platform.
• Create and adapt reusable enablement assets, including demo scripts, solution guides, playbooks and train-the-trainer materials.
• Configure and maintain partner demo environments that showcase relevant use cases.
• Serve as a trusted solution advisor to partners, helping them build platform fluency and differentiate client solutions.
• Support partner certification content and enablement activities.
