Job summary

Lyreco Group is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive new business in Crawley and Dartford. You will win new customers, set up accounts, and expand product penetration while earning commission and enjoying a company car, laptop and phone.

The role involves maintaining customer relationships, negotiating pricing and margins, and working with a broader team to grow a sustainable business in the Central London area. Mon–Fri 9am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets
• Ability to build and develop a pipeline of new business
• Excellent customer awareness and relationship-building ability
• Able to sell and negotiate at all levels within an organisation
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Consistently win new customers within a defined prospect area
• Implement and set up new accounts with focus on product penetration and profit
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Negotiate pricing and margin with customers as needed
• Work with the wider team to grow and develop business in the Central London area
