Job summary

Lyreco is seeking a New Business Development Manager in the UK to build and manage a new business pipeline, win new customers and handover accounts to Account Managers. The role focuses on prospecting, account setup, pricing negotiations and long-term relationship growth.

You will work closely with the central team to expand in the defined areas, with a base salary up to £38k plus commission and standard company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Ability to build and develop a pipeline of new business.
• Excellent customer awareness and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Win new customers within a defined prospect area.
• Set up new accounts with focus on product penetration and profit.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
