We have partnered with a global Microsoft Security Solutions Partner + MISA Awards Finalist to build their Security Business Development and Account Management team in an exciting new strategy.

This global business is growing and focuses on Microsoft-first security solutions, selling wider vendor services. They are a Microsoft Managed Security Services provider, a MISA member and awards finalist. They target the larger SMC sector and Enterprise across multiple industries and seek motivated Security BDMs to support their growth.

Ideal candidates are those with a background in cybersecurity sales, managed security, or professional services consulting, with established contacts at Microsoft to facilitate sales opportunities.

Requirements include:

• Experience selling MXDR and security services/consulting
• Ability to leverage tools and credibility to succeed as a MISA member and awards finalist
• Motivated, experienced new logo seller, eager to deepen security expertise

Managed Security Services:

• Managed XDR

Professional Services/Consulting:

• Cloud Security, Defender for Cloud/Entra/Intune
• Purview Compliance/Data Governance
• Security Copilot

Responsibilities:

• Grow business within new accounts
• Build relationships with prospective clients and vendors, including Microsoft
• Create and manage sales pipeline for security services, consulting, and presales
• Maintain contact with existing clients
• Track key metrics
• Understand customer security postures and identify solutions
• Advise customers on suitable security services and solutions

Key Experience:

• Full sales cycle experience including deal closing
• Experience with Microsoft Managed/Professional Security Services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security stack and other vendor licensing models
• Ability to discuss solutions with customers
• Proven sales success meeting targets in security services
• Experience selling MXDR/MDR services
• Security solutions into new customers, including PS and MS
