We have partnered with a global Microsoft Security Solutions Partner + MISA Awards Finalist to build their Security Business Development and Account Management team in an exciting new strategy.

This global business is growing. They are a Microsoft-first security company, also offering wider vendor services. As a Microsoft Managed Security Solutions provider and MISA member awards finalist, they focus on the larger SMC sector and Enterprise across multiple industry verticals. They seek motivated, up-and-coming Security BDMs to support their journey.

Ideal candidates are those with experience in cybersecurity sales, particularly managed security and/or professional services consulting, with connections at Microsoft to facilitate sales growth.

Requirements include:

  • Understanding and experience selling MXDR and professional security services/consulting.
  • Access to tools and credibility to succeed, supported by their MISA membership and awards recognition.
  • Motivated, experienced new logo sellers interested in deepening their security expertise.

They provide customer IP products, a global sales operation, and strong vendor relationships.

Managed Security Services:

  • Managed XDR

Professional Services/Consulting:

  • Cloud Security, Defender for Cloud/Entra/Intune
  • Purview Compliance/Data Governance
  • Security Copilot
Responsibilities:
  • Grow business within new accounts.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and vendors, including Microsoft.
  • Create and manage sales pipeline across security services, consulting, and presales.
  • Maintain contact with existing clients.
  • Track key metrics.
  • Understand customer security postures and identify solutions and service opportunities.
  • Advise customers on suitable security services and solutions using expert knowledge.
Key Experience:
  • Full sales cycle experience, including deal closing and sales success.
  • Experience with Microsoft Managed and/or Professional Security Services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Security stack and other vendors, including licensing models for MXDR, cloud, IAM, Purview, Copilot for Security.
  • Ability to discuss prospective solutions with customers.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets for security services.
  • Experience selling MXDR / MDR Services into new customers.
  • Experience with security solutions/services for new customer PS and/or MS.
  • Interest in Microsoft or wider security vendor services.
