We have partnered with a global Microsoft Security Solutions Partner + MISA Awards Finalist to build their Security Business Development and Account Management team in an exciting new strategy.

This global and growing business is Microsoft first in security, also selling wider vendor services. They are a Microsoft Managed Security Services provider, a MISA (Microsoft Intelligent Security Association) member and awards finalist. They focus on the larger SMC sector and Enterprise across multiple verticals and seek motivated Security BDMs to support their journey.

Ideal candidates are those with a background in cyber security sales, managed security, or PS consulting, who can leverage their contacts at Microsoft to aid their sales efforts.

Requirements include:

• Experience selling MXDR and professional security services/consulting.
• Ability to use tools and credibility provided by the company to succeed.
• Motivated and experienced in new logo sales, with a desire to specialize further in security.

The team offers strong support including presales, MVP-level consulting, and unique customer products.

Managed Security Services include:

• Managed XDR

PS/Consulting Services include:

• Cloud Security, Defender for Cloud/Entra/Intune
• Purview Compliance/Data Governance
• Security Copilot

Responsibilities:

• Grow business within new accounts.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors, including Microsoft.
• Create and manage sales pipeline across security services, consulting, and presales.
• Maintain contact with existing clients.
• Track sales metrics.
• Understand customer security postures and identify opportunities.
• Advise customers on security solutions using expert knowledge.

Key Experience:

• Experience in full sales cycle and closing deals.
• Experience with Microsoft Managed and/or Professional Security Services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security stack and vendor licensing models.
• Ability to discuss solutions with customers.
• Proven sales success in security services.
• Experience selling MXDR/MDR services.
• Experience with security solutions into new PS and/or MS customers.
