Job summary

Wavenet in the United Kingdom is seeking a Microsoft Lifecycle Specialist to own the operational administration of the Microsoft customer estate from order through provisioning, in-life changes, renewal and offboarding.

You will manage licensing, tenant records, renewal governance, incentives and lifecycle reporting, collaborating with internal teams while keeping governance, accuracy and cost optimisation at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft CSP operations and Microsoft 365 licensing, with familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center.
• Experience managing subscriptions, renewals and commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong process, controls and governance mindset.
• Ability to coordinate operational activity across multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational governance of Microsoft customer estate from receipt of an accepted fulfilment instruction through onboarding, provisioning, in-life administration, renewal and offboarding.
• Onboard new tenants and manage tenant administration and partner associations.
• Provision licences and subscriptions following validated instructions from the orders desk.
• Administer renewals, additions, changes, reductions and cancellations, ensuring accurate records for billing.
• Produce licensing, usage and adoption reporting across Microsoft 365, Copilot and Azure.
