Job summary

Wavenet is seeking a Microsoft Lifecycle Specialist to own the operational governance of the Microsoft estate from receipt of an accepted fulfilment instruction through onboarding, provisioning, in-life administration, renewal and offboarding.

You will manage Microsoft licensing, tenant and partner records, renewal governance, incentives, programme administration, reporting and lifecycle exceptions, working within Solutions and Strategy and alongside internal teams to ensure accurate records and

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft CSP operations and Microsoft 365 licensing, with familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center.
• Experience managing subscriptions, renewals and commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong process, controls and governance mindset.
• Ability to coordinate operational activity across multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and tenant administration tasks.
• Manage licensing lifecycle, additions, changes, renewals, reductions and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate subscription records and escalate discrepancies.
• Provide licensing optimisation insights to Customer Success Managers and Account Managers.
• Maintain renewal schedules and administer renewals to minimise attrition.
• Coordinate incentives, CPOR, PAL and other Microsoft partner data and reporting.
• Produce licensing and usage reports across Microsoft 365, Copilot and Azure.
