Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP is recruiting a Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator to join the IT Infrastructure & Security team in London. The role focuses on administering the Microsoft cloud and endpoint environment, including 365, Entra ID and Intune, with additional security and management platforms.

You will act as escalation point for technical issues, support the Service Desk and collaborate with Senior Infrastructure Engineers on complex tasks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a systems administration role with a focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online.
• Strong experience with Entra ID, Intune and Windows endpoint management.
• Practical PowerShell knowledge for administration or automation.
• Good understanding of Conditional Access, authentication and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 apps and SharePoint Online.
• Manage endpoint configuration, compliance policies and app deployment.
• Support Windows 11 endpoint management and patching.
• Configure and manage security tooling and application control.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity and authentication issues.
• Triage alerts and incidents; escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers.
