Job summary

CrossCountry is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Administrator to maintain and optimise its Microsoft 365 stack, Azure AD, and related tools. The role focuses on ensuring secure, compliant access and productive collaboration across Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

You will troubleshoot complex incidents, manage backups and DR, and contribute to automation using PowerShell. The position is a 12-month FTC with hybrid working in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in M365 admin, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience in incident, request and problem resolution in IT support.
• Ability to manage Azure AD, authentication policies and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer CrossCountry's M365 stack and supporting tools.
• Optimise Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive for enterprise communications.
• Troubleshoot complex M365 incidents to minimise downtime.
• Manage data integrity, backups and DR strategies.
• Develop automation via PowerShell and admin tools.
• Package applications for deployment with InTune; document resolutions.
