Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP in London is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Systems Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure & Security team. The role focuses on administering our Microsoft cloud and endpoint environment, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, with support across security tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a systems administration or advanced IT support role.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration including SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Entra ID and Intune/Windows endpoint management.
• PowerShell for administration or automation.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Structured troubleshooting approach and security-conscious mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SharePoint Online.
• Manage endpoint configuration and deployment.
• Support Windows 11 endpoint management.
• Coordinate patching and third-party software deployment.
• Support application control and security tooling.
• Assist with Conditional Access and identity configuration.
• Provide escalation support for Service Desk incidents.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop.
